ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH DIP RECIPE FROM: ANA PAULA DAVID MATOS

Ana Paula is an English Student in Canada who has come to Greater Toronto Language School from Sao Paulo Brazil. She is a Commercial Analyst and is planning to live with her fiancé in Canada. Enjoy the recipe!

A popular dip in Canada, great to bring to a party!
Ingredients:
200 gr. Of fresh cream (35%)
50 gr. Butter
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
280 gr. Of spinach, squeezed to remove excess water and chopped
390 gr. Of artichoke drained and chopped
½ cup grated mozzarella
1 tablespoon garlic minced
115 gr. Cream cheese

Preparation: heat oven to 220 degrees. In a saucepan, heat the butter, and the cream and mix well. When it starts boiling, turn off and add 1 cup Parmesan cheese and stir well. In a container mix ingredients well with the white sauce. Transfer to an oven-proof dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
